First day of the new season....

Today was my first day of practice this season. We started out with an easy 5 min. jog, then went and did a bunch of hurdle drills, then we threw about 20 throws with the 15 lbs. shot, and then finished it up with an intense med ball workout. I felt really good during the workout, even though the med ball workout tired me out a lot. Compared to the first day of practice from last year I feel a whole lot better.
